Dr. Joshua Merrick PT, DPT

As a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Professional Triathlete Joshua will combine his knowledge of biomechanics, physiology, and injury prevention with his first hand experience of what it takes to make it at the professional level of endurance sports. As a full-time physical therapist, husband, and father Josh has had to personally put his knowledge to the test finding ways to maximize his training efforts. With this knowledge he will provided a platform for his athletes to succeed by training smarter with less injuries, equalling greater consistency and improved performance. Joshua is also available for individual sport specific biomechanical analysis or exercise prescription.
