As an All-American distance runner and new mom Bethanie will put here training knowledge to use specializing in the disciplines of running and cycling. Knowing the joy and pain of becoming a mother and the exhausting climb back towards the elite level of her sport she will offer invaluable insight for those athletes (mom's especially) trying to balance the rigors of life with athletic pursuits.
